Amazon has a new AI tool that helps drivers spot the next box to grab by projecting a green circle on packages, saving drivers 30 minutes or more per route. Not to be outdone, the US Postal Service says it’s working on an AI tool that will save on delivery time by identifying which packages are safe to launch from a moving truck.
Contrary to popular belief, a 22-year forensic investigation by a group of scientists claims Christopher Columbus was a Sephardic Jew from the Spanish city of Valencia. As evidence to support their claim, researchers point to correspondence between Columbus and Spain’s Ferdinand and Isabella reading, “What, you expect me to schlep back and forth with all this gold like some sort of schmuck?”
A recent auction saw diehard Game of Thrones fans bid on hundreds of props from the HBO series, combining to spend over $21 million. Winning bids included $1.5 million for the Iron Throne, $400k for Jon Snow’s sword, and $87k for a velvet pouch belonging to Lord Varys.
A new trend on TikTok sees a growing number of women taking Mucinex to help them get pregnant. Babies conceived after taking Mucinex will be referred to by the pronouns They/Flem.
New observations of Jupiter’s Great Red Spot captured by the Hubble Space Telescope show the 190-year-old storm being pushed and squeezed like a stress ball.
